How can I change my deposit limit?

You can request an increase of your deposit limit on the account page under Deposit limits.

If you request the increase of your maximum deposit limit, special regulatory requirements must be fulfilled. Visit the links below for:

  • the self-evaluation test you must pass as part of the process to obtain a higher deposit limit
  • extended General Terms and Conditions you must accept as a pre-condition to obtaining a higher limit
  • important information and awareness material you need to read that can be found under Responsible Gaming page and Self-help tool Harvard Medical School

    • Customers who apply for an increase of their deposit limits beyond the default regulatory limit of 600 EUR per day, 1500 EUR per week and 3000 EUR per month, will need to pass a mandatory responsible gaming test. If successful, those limits will be raised after a three-day waiting period.

    Once an increase of your limits has been confirmed by our system, it will not be possible to request a new increase until at least 90 days have passed since the last modification of your deposit limits.
