1. What has changed in the Bizum deposit experience?

We've made depositing with Bizum faster and simpler. Previously, you were redirected to an external page to enter your phone number and complete the payment. Now, you enter your phone number directly in our cashier and confirm the deposit through a notification on your banking app.

2. Why was this change made?

Many players found the previous process confusing or time-consuming. The new flow keeps everything within our cashier and allows confirmation directly in your banking app.

Making Your First Bizum Deposit

5. How do I make my first Bizum deposit?

  1. Select Bizum as your deposit method.
  2. Check the pre-filled country code.
  3. Enter your phone number and deposit amount.
  4. Click Deposit.
  5. Confirm in your banking app.
  6. Funds are credited instantly.

If the notification flow is unavailable, you will be redirected to an external page.

6. What country code is shown, and can I change it?

The country code is based on the phone number registered on your account. You can change it if needed.

7. How long do I have to confirm the payment?

Most banks allow 4–7 minutes for confirmation. After that, the transaction is cancelled.

Returning Deposits

8. How do I deposit again if I've used Bizum before?

  1. Select a saved phone number.
  2. Enter the deposit amount.
  3. Click Deposit.
  4. Confirm in your banking app.

Funds are credited instantly.

9. Why do I see my phone number instead of bank details?

Your phone number is now displayed because Bizum is linked to it. This makes it easier to identify which account you are using.

10. Can I deposit with a different phone number?

Yes. Enter a new number. If it is not linked to Bizum, you will be redirected to the external page. Once used successfully, it will be saved.

Confirming Your Payment

11. How do I confirm a Bizum deposit?

After clicking Deposit, open the notification from your banking app and confirm using your fingerprint, face recognition, or PIN.

12. What happens if I don't confirm in time?

The deposit is cancelled after 4–7 minutes. No money is taken.

13. What if my bank asks for a Bizum key?

You will be redirected to an external page where you can enter the key.

14. I confirmed the payment but my balance hasn't updated.

  • Wait for the confirmation screen.
  • Do not refresh or close the page.
  • Check your banking app.
  • Contact Customer Support if the balance still does not update.

After Your Deposit

15. What happens after a successful deposit?

Your phone number is saved for future Bizum deposits.

16. Can I use Bizum for withdrawals?

No. Bizum is currently available only for deposits.

17. My deposit failed. What should I do?

  • Check that your phone number is linked to Bizum.
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds.
  • Confirm within the allowed time.

18. I changed my phone number. Can I still use Bizum?

Yes. Update your Bizum registration with your bank and use the new number.

19. The notification didn't arrive. What should I do?

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Wait a few moments.
  • Try again if the deposit is cancelled.

20. I see an error message when trying to deposit.

  • Your phone number may not be registered with Bizum.
