TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRIZE GUARANTEED TOURNAMENTS

The Terms and Conditions for tournaments that include a guaranteed prize are supplemental to and part of the General Provisions and the Rules of the Game, and at no time do these Terms and Conditions supersede the latter provisions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the General Provisions, the General Provisions shall prevail.

Guaranteed tournaments consist of the offer of a poker tournament in which participants (hereinafter "You" or the "Users") are informed prior to their registration and participation in such tournaments of the existence of a minimum "guaranteed” prize pool. Said minimum “guaranteed” prize consists of the minimum amount that Electraworks (Malta) PLC (hereinafter “the company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) undertakes to distribute in prizes, in any of its tournaments, regardless of whether the financial contribution of the Users as entry to said tournaments is sufficient to cover said amount. That is to say, when the participations of the Users in the form of entry to the tournament are not enough to cover the minimum prize guaranteed by the company, we will contribute the necessary outstanding amounts to complete the minimum guaranteed prize. In the event that the Users’ participations finally cover the minimum guaranteed prize, the company will not contribute any additional amount to such prizes.

The company will publish the prize tables for each guaranteed tournament offered on its website.

The minimum guaranteed prize pool can vary between € 10 (ten euros) up to € 5,000,000 (five million euros), depending on the tournament.

The company may offer several tournaments that include guaranteed prizes at the same time on its .es websites. In this regard, the advertising related to said tournaments may refer to the total amount of prizes offered in several guaranteed tournaments during the same day, week, month and announce the total amount of prizes offered in various tournaments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users will be clearly and truthfully informed of the minimum guaranteed prize amount applicable to each tournament, before the tournament in question is held.

The company reserves the right to modify the minimum guaranteed amount of its tournaments, prior to the start of these in the event that the amount has been incorrectly announced. The company further reserves the right to modify, at its own discretion and without prior notice, the guaranteed amount of each of its tournaments before they have been opened for registration.
