This is to certify that iTech Labs has evaluated the following games and tournaments on the PartyPoker system and found that they fully comply with the relevant iTech Labs Technical Standards*.

The poker games were previously tested and certified. This included: random number generator (RNG) used for card shuffling, functional testing of all games and tournaments, return to player (RTP) calculations, and verification of game rules. iTech Labs has also verified procedures for software integrity. This included change control mechanisms and regular monitoring of critical modules. This evaluation was completed on 5th July, 2005.

Blackjack was previously tested and certified on the Starluck Casino Online system. The latest evaluation consisted of testing the blackjack game on the PartyPoker system. This included differential analysis of the source code, functional testing, verification of game rules and regression testing of all poker games.

iTech labs have found that the games and tournaments are fair and the system is reliable and resilient.
